Datasym Event Pricing is an outstanding software product developed to save significant time and man power by automating sales for time periods set by you, up to weeks in advance. Event Pricing works hand in hand with Datasym’s Comm2000 and Symfinite Software to further the capabilities of your POS System.

Datasym Event Pricing software can be used for:

Event Pricing Features:

  • Controls Sale Prices - each SKU is defined as the sale price and then is returned to the regular price upon sale end.
  • Multiple Events (Sales) - Multiple events are allowed at one time in one store location
  • Can create events for multiple store locations.
  • Import/Export - Event Pricing will import or export existing SKU database files from Comm2000 or Symfinite.
  • Reporting - There is a markdown analysis report available either for the current store only or all stores.
  • Loss Factor - The loss factor of the SKU sale price is displayed as a dollar amount and percentage.
  • Pricing - Mix & Match and split pricing are supported.
  • Synchronize SKU Database - the SKU database file existing in Event Pricing is checked with the SKU Database existing in Symfinite for total SKU price accuracy.
  • Integrated database with Comm2000 for easy file maintenance.
  • Sales event by mix & match groups.
  • Events can now be created for future item programming changes, i.e. new tax status can be scheduled for an item on a particular date. Regular price changes can also be handled in this manner.
